Cinnamon Honey Baked Pears

Ingredients

  • 4 medium pears
  • 3 Tablespoons Rango Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Peel the pears 
  • Cut the pears in half (cut off ends of the pear in you choose)
  • Scoop out the core
  • Please them face down on a baking sheet or in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Rango Honey, cinnamon, butter and vanilla extract
  • Heat the small bowl mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine
  • Spoon ½ – ¾ of the sauce over the pears
  • Bake for 30 minutes until soft and turning brown
  • Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes
  • Spoon additional sauce over each pear before serving
