Honey and Thyme Margarita

Honey and Thyme Margarita



  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. honey thyme syrup
  • salt to rim the glass

Honey Thyme Syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Rango Honey
  • 6 Thyme sprigs



  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, and syrup. Shake until well chilled and strain into serving glass. 

Honey Thyme Syrup:

  • Add water, honey, and thyme to a saucepan and bring to a simmer until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep 30 minutes. Strain out the Thyme and transfer to airtight container and keep at room temperature.
