Honey Curry Dip
Serve on pita triangles, or as a sweet dip with a twist for fruit and vegetables.

¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
