I am amazed at how good this honey tastes and the customer service is outstanding!
What a mess! All the contents/order was covered in honey that leaked because of poor packaging. Calling customer service with photos resulted in blaming the carrier before even seeing the results. Horrible follow up. Request for a duplicate order of the Sampler packs never came. I’m an Az resident that wanted my relatives that I sent this to to experience our state’s special honey. After my phone call and photos, no follow up. It would be so easy to make this right. Your company and awful customer service waited too long.
We truly care about all of our customers and always strive to make things right when issues occur. However, we kindly ask that communication remain respectful. If a conversation begins with rudeness, demanding language, or unwillingness to listen, it makes it difficult for us to help and we may choose not to continue doing business.
In this case, we explained over the phone that in order to resend or refund an order, we require clear proof of the damage. Unfortunately, no photos were ever received at the email address we provided. Once we receive the images you mentioned to info@rangohoney.com, we will be happy to review the situation and work toward a solution.
Best honey ever! We used to buy the orange blossom in small jars in our local store, but when we found out we could buy it directly from Rango we did. Now we get it by the gallon and fill our own jars.
Honey got here fast. Great flavor. We ordered 1 gallon and divided it between 5 families. Everyone loved it.

This is just my personal experience, and your results may vary.
A few years back, I had developed a bad allergy to airborne mesquite. If I touched my eyes after handling mesquite wood, or sat near a campfire burning mesquite, my eyes would swell shut for about 8 hours.
I found Rango Honey by a recommendation, and started taking small amounts of the Bee Pollen, mixed with mesquite honey, on a daily basis. I followed their instructions to start with a small amount and work my way up.
After about 6 months, I noticed significantly less reaction to mesquite. My eyes will still water, but they don't swell up for 8 hours at a time!
I highly recommend both the Bee Pollen and the Mesquite Honey. I mix both with whole fat yogurt and granola for a healthy breakfast or snack.

I just started to use this honey. Tasting floral notes but not overwhelming. I have only used it thus far in my fresh squeezed lemonade. It is delightful much superior to sugar. I plan on using it for honey corn muffins. Rango honey is a gift from Mother Nature. A special food product.
