Corn and honey are a match made in natural sweetness. When grilled to golden, caramelized perfection, they transform into something truly irresistible. Enter: Honey-Glazed Grilled Corn on the Cob. Sweet, smoky, and packed with flavor, it’s the kind of side dish that turns backyard BBQs into legendary gatherings.
*Be sure to use high quality pure raw Rango Honey (Mesquite preferred)!
Ingredients
  • 4 ears CORN (chucked)
  • ⅓ cup Rango Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 Large Clove of Garlic (very finely minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • add minced Cilantro
  • Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even charring.
      – 4 ears of corn

    2. Prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sea salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
      – ⅓ cup honey
      – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
      – 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
      – 1 large garlic cloves, minced
      – ½ teaspoon sesame oil
      – ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
      – ¼ teaspoon sea salt

    3. Glaze the corn: Brush half of the sauce over the corn and grill for an additional 1 minute.

    4. Finish and serve: Remove the corn from the grill, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle with freshly minced cilantro or parsley, if desired.
