Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even charring.
– 4 ears of corn

Prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sea salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
– ⅓ cup honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
– 1 large garlic cloves, minced
– ½ teaspoon sesame oil
– ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
– ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Glaze the corn: Brush half of the sauce over the corn and grill for an additional 1 minute.

Finish and serve: Remove the corn from the grill, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle with freshly minced cilantro or parsley, if desired.
